I also serve as a counselor for the WPGA in their College Services program, advising high school golfers on how to obtain a college scholarship. I have studied Eastern Meditation and Yoga breathing (Pranayama) in India and I am convinced these disciplines are of great valve to competive athletes. My relationship with GolfPsych and Dr. Graham dates back to 1995, first as a client and later as an instructor. One of my greatest accomplishment was raising a daughter with a tough mental game who became an A.J.G.A. All-American after winning several National Tournaments, going on to became a full scholarship player in the Pac-10.

Bio-feedback Tools Available: The "Mind Meter", "Zone Trainer" & Eastern Yogic Pranayama Breathing Techniques.

GolfPsych Instructor Training: Spring 2000.

Hours: Weekdays: 9 a.m.- 7 p.m., Weekends: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.

Rates: $30/ half hr., $50/ hour. Weekends: $35/ half hr., $60/ hour.

My Philosophy/My Approach:   I believe the mind controls the body and the breath controls the mind. Using Eastern Yogic meditation, breathing exercises, and various Bio-feed back tools such as the "Mind Meter" and "Zone Trainer", I teach the student how to be aware of their breathing and thus control their thoughts. By developing breath awareness they can then employe the techniques developed by Dr. Graham and learn to handle stressfull situations, which will allow them to play in the optimal mental state called "The Zone".

Education/Certifications: B.F.A. University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.  Masters in Health Education from Carroll College, Waukesha, Wi.  Author of "Breath Awareness and It's Effects on Athletic Performance".  Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. GolfPsych Instructor Training Certification, 2000.  Titleist Club Fitting Certification, 2002.  Balance Certified club fitting 2004.  4 time PGA/USGA "Rules of Golf" certification.
